Great location, home from home flat and wonderfully clean
☺ From the moment we arrived at the property we were ‘wowed’ it’s so lovely here! Very well decorated and catered for. The beds and sofa was comfy.
We arrived early and went straight to the flat so the children could use the toilet. We met Matt the host who was just finishing up cleaning. He was a lovely gentleman and helped us with our bags up the stairs, he’s left us a bottle of bubbles and there was condiments in the cupboards and lollies for the children in the freezer.
The flat is very big with loads of room, the bedrooms were massive and living room just perfect.
The location is brilliant! 12-15 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes from the shops and 1 minute from the bars.
We didn’t use our car all weekend and parking is available with the booking.
Directions were very simple sent from the host.
We would love to stay here again.

☺ The apartment was nice and had everything we needed. The little extras (ear buds, shampoo and condition, washing up liquid etc etc) were very handy and the prosecco in the fridge was a lovely surprise.
The location was a nice walk to the beach.
☹ It was a little noisy in the evenings.
The water pressure was quite low

We had such a wonderful and comfortable stay in Matt’s place. Everything was well thought of and it really felt a home away from home. The guidebook was so, so helpful and Matt really went above and beyond to make everything easy for us. Everything was as pictured, and the place was very accessible to shops and restaurants. We are so pleased we found his place for our stay in Bournemouth. What a fantastic host, could not recommend his place enough! We’ll surely be back. Thanks Matt!

Really enjoyed our stay. The flat was really clean, and Matt was very thoughtful, with the kitchen having some basics like tea, coffee, a frozen pizza and a bottle of Prosecco provided, along with amenities such as an iron etc readily available. The area can be a bit noisy but ear plugs were provided and it really wasn’t too much of an issue. We had 4 guests and everything for 4 was provided, and there was plenty of space .

A real place for all seasons. Warm and cosey in the heavy rain on our 1st night, then light and airy through the sunshine thereafter. Really couldn't find any fault with our stay. Clear instructions, excellent communication & support and a beatiful flat. Comfy beds & furnitue, lovely bedding/towels and well stocked kitchen/bathroom. My only advise to others would be that the stairs up to the flat could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise, absolutely no hesitation in recommending this place.
