Terrific value, tremendous fun Samanta of ZamanTours, whom we accessed through KimKim, was honestly fantastic. She planned our itinerary around our dates and requests, got us luxury hotels and meals, and best of all--arranged for driver/guide Hamdi Das. We were able to contact her anytime and she was immediately responsive (we made an error and she was able to help us rectify it--cheerfully!). All communications were clear and easy--fantastic Hamdi accompanied us to every entrance (even hotels) and made sure there was never a problem. We had 6 terrific days in Jordan, and are so completely happy. On our flight home, we talked with others who had used a luxury tour group and our experiences were hugely better --at half their price! We highly recommend Samanta at Zaman Tours and Hamdi, guide/driver-extraodinaire.

Bellissima esperienza! For our week in Jordan we turned to Zaman Tours to have a driver to accompany us along the various stages. We were entrusted with Bader, an excellent driver who also acted as guide in some situations, introducing to us the places we were going to see. Cultured and prepared, he was able to answer our questions. Always careful to our needs, presenting us opportunities for experiences that you shouldn't miss when coming to this fantastic country! Trip to Jordan I highly recommend a trip to Jordan for anyone of any age. It is a very safe and beautiful country. Our dealings with Maiss from Zaman Tours were always very efficient and helpful. The trip designed was perfect and everything fulfilled expectations. Our driver Tariq was a joy to be around and added the fun of the trip.

Excellente semaine avec notre chauffeur Ahmad Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en Jordanie, notamment grâce à notre chauffeur Ahmad. Il est prudent, sérieux, efficace et ponctuel. Il nous a donné de bons conseils pour les magasins et les restaurants. Magical week with our driver guide Hussam We had dreamed of it and our driver guide Hussam made it possible. Our eyes are still shining after this magical week spent in the heart of beautiful Jordan! From Amman, his hometown, and further north the discovery of the archaeological site of Jerash to the unreal colours of the majestic Wadi Rum, passing by the reserves of Shaumari and Azraq, the city of mosaics Madaba, Mount Nebo, the castle of Shoback and of course Petra, Hussam was able to make us discover the incredible beauty of his country. His beautiful personality allowed us to feel at ease and to exchange a lot about our respective countries and cultures. Hussam has been the perfect go-between at every stage of our trip. We can't wait to come back to Jordan, this time with our two boys and hope to have Hussam available again to show us more of his country.

Safe, reliable and extremely friendly Ahmed is the perfect driver on your trip through Jordan. From the airport - through the city of Amman as well as routes to Petra, Wadi Rum or Aqaba etc.: He knows the best ways, spots of interest and always has helpful background information in hand. Most important: He Is a very careful driver who always makes you feel safe AND confortable in his car AND he Is perfectly reliable. We were two German ladies and enjoyed our trip with him very much. Strongly recomendable.

Fantastic Organisation and Experience We booked a private tour with a driver and guides at the big locations. Our driver (Hussam) was outstanding and showed us the human side of Jordan. There were no problems with the organisation or hotels and was looked after from start to end. Jordan is a fantastic place to visit especially for history and nature. Jordan and Zaman tours is highly recommended.

Hiking, nature and ancient ruins, oh my! Loved our 9 day tour of Jordan! Samir, our driver and Yaser, our guide could not do enough to make our trip outstanding. From safety to fresh delicious car snacks and everything in between, together they were a great team. We were 4 friends who traveled in Amman, Wadi Rum, Wadi Iben Hamed, Jerash, Madaba, Mt Nebo, Dead Sea, Dana Nature Reserve and Petra. Whenever possible, we hiked a lot- one day 10 miles. Jordan has been a highlight thanks to Samir, Yaser and Zaman tours.

agenzia non molto affidabile Avevamo pagato assistenza ereoporto arrivo Amman invece siamo stati abbandonati.All'arrivo,non c'era nessun addetto ad attenderci.Dopo varie ricerche siamo stati indirizzati ad una persona che sfogliando un pacco di cartelli trovava il nostro nome.Ci ha inviato verso il controllo passaporti e poi è sparito.Lo abbiamo ritrovato e siamo riusciti ad avere il visto, Ci ha mandato a ririrare i bagagli ed è nuovamente sparito, Vagando lo abbiamo ritrovato e ci ha detto di attenderlo passata la dogana .Abbiamo atteso un'ora e mezza senza sapere nulla abbandonati a noi stessi. Finalmente è arrivato un ragazzo gentilissimo a prelevarci e portarci in hotel.Pochi giorni prima della partenza ci è stato comunicato un cambio hotel a A Petra motivando il fatto che era nuovo,però arrivati in loco ci siamo resi conto che solo a noi e a una ragazza era cambiato hotel mentre il resto del gruppo è rimasto nell'hotel prenotato.Peccato però che l'hotel fosse datato e solo la gestione era nuova. Comunque hotel pessimo frigo e tv non funzionante,cavi elettrici vaganti e un letto matrimoniale con un lato addossato al muro per cui di difficile accesso.

Great tour guided by our fantastic guide Majd I really enjoyed this 2 day trip. Our guide Majd from Jordan private tors and travel has done a fantastic job to exceed our expectation. He is knowledgeable and have a sense of humour. This is absolutely the best trip I have experienced.

Des paysages grandioses un pays magnifique !Je garderais longtemps dans mon coeur la jordanie et les jordaniens qui sont des gens très sympathiques serviables et honnêtes ! Nous avons eu un guide Hussam au top et très sympa ! Et un chauffeur Naël très bon conducteur et sympathique ! La nourriture jordanienne est excellente ! Je vous conseille à tous ce pays !

Outstanding service ensured a superb holiday We tailored an existing itinerary to perfectly suit our needs and the trip was an outstanding success. from the second we stepped off our international flight, we were looked after by Zaman Tours who were outstanding.I work in tourism in the UK (promoting African destinations) and have experienced excellent services in the past, but nothing any better than that offered by Zaman.Organisation was by Maiss, our driver/guide was Murad and our tourist guide was Magdi. All were magnificent. They should be very proud of the work they did and the way they represented not only Zaman, but Jordan as a whole.We left the country having made real friends. We cannot recommend Jordan and Zaman Tours enough to others. Jordan felt 100% safe as well as very friendly and welcoming
