We were so fortunate to have Dewey representing us during our house hunting ! As a first time buyer, we had tons of questions, Dewey is a great communicator, he even answered our call at 1am to listen our concerns and trying to solve our problems. Dewey is knowledgeable with the bay area market. He provided guidance and ideas to help narrow down our search based on our needs and price. Being in a competitive market, he also gave us tips and ideas based on his experience on what today's market is like. He also helped communicated with seller agents in a timely manner. In the age of the Coronavirus, you want your agent to be professional, resourceful, and tech-savvy! In this hot market, there is also no time to waste, both on the buying and selling side. You need a good plan of attack, strategic marketing, unparalleled local knowledge, and FAST action! We simultaneously SOLD and BOUGHT our houses with Dewey and his team who were all top of the line. The very next day after our initial listing meeting, Dewey had a sidewalk specialist scheduled and roof, pest, and home inspection (with the most reputable inspector) lined up and completed within a week. Not to mention having the amazing photographer, who also happened to shoot Kevin Durant's listing, ready to go, complete with drone footage. Dewey coordinated with over 40 buying agents and was at every house showing requested. He worked with us and our WFH schedule every step of the way and made things easy.
