We went to Bali trip last week with Family... It was Amazing Experience ... Everything was well planned before the travel... we coordinated with Aishwarya and she was so helpful and responded with patience all the time... Very worst experience from them for Lakshadweep trip…….They didn’t have much experience in Lakshadweep and direct agent to guide …issues we faced 1. Zuu Zuu committed a resort and their agent made us to stay at lower cost resort and after three hours fight we was shifted to committed resort 2.Three times meal was committed but they did not provide lunch at boat and boat team said it was not informed by agent while entire team was having and then we got shared with co passengers 3.They quoted 20000 per day but actual room cost is 5000 including food ….They took local car trip and Kalpetti island visit…Negative part they did not give follow after stay (both agent and Zuu Zuu). My feedback is money is not comparable agency to agency but service is should be better while traveling to a new place but they failed….

After going through multiple travel agencies, we found their package to be value for money. Ms. Aishwarya handled us. We went for a week long trip to Bali. 1. Itinerary can be customized as per your requirements. 2. Aishwarya gave us alternative options for hotels to suit our preferences. 3. Whenever we had any concern, we called them to get it sorted. 4. They were available and made sure everything was going as planned. 5. Just before the trip starts, we were included in a WhatsApp group where all the stakeholders in the trip were present. 6. The taxi service at Bali was flawless. They were punctual and understanding. Overall, it was a smooth trip. Anyone venturing out on an international trip for the first time will be apprehensive because of the availability of taxis and/or probability of getting scammed by the exorbitant rates. So to avoid any hassles in your trip, we recommend checking out Zuu Zuu Holidays, and especially Ms. Aishwarya.
