Had a less than perfect experience here once, but the staff more than made up for it. The GM in particular is a love bug and definitely made us feel valued as customers.

We had our Cool Casa Christmas party at X-Golf Rockwall, and it was hands down a great experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome and took care of everything. The service was amazing, and they really went above and beyond to make sure we were all having a great time. The simulators were a huge hit! Even those of us who don’t play golf regularly had so much fun. It was the perfect mix of friendly competition and just having a good laugh with each other. The setup was impressive, and the atmosphere was perfect for a holiday celebration. Thank you to the team at X-Golf Rockwall for making our Christmas party unforgettable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My experience at XGolf with Tiffany and her amazing team was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I arrived, Tiffany made me feel welcome with her friendly and professional approach. She and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up perfectly for my visit. We love going to play here. Employees have been great! Good bar food and drinks. Only complaint is they got rid of the best cheese stick wedges and went to the basic stick.

This is an amazing place with a peaceful customer service based atmosphere. The bartenders are amazing the manager Paul is personable. They make you feel right at home. Food and drinks are great. Perfect place to practice your swing. Yes I golf lol

I never tried it before so I wanted to try this golfing bar. We had so much fun doing the virtual golfing and the food was great. The drinks were amazing and the service was very professional and kind. Will definitely be going back to do this again.

Ok, this place is awesome. Everytime I go it's been a great experience. One of the best old fashioneds' I've had! Prices are more than reasonable, service ON POINT! Different server/bartender each time I've went and got the same service. Keep it up!

Facility is amazing. Putting is like most simulators (fair at best) but that’s nothing new to anyone that has done a simulator. Service is where this gets a 1. We were asked to leave early after paying for our golf. They kicked everyone out as they had a private party they scheduled and didn’t tell anyone. Every group was upset and all they said was well we have a party you have to leave now. They billed for services that weren’t received and offered credits but gave none. Service definitely will stop us from ever returning.

The pretzel is so big I couldn't put it in my mouth. It was delicious too. Yum.
