I was ordering from overseas and the shipping times were outstanding a traceable every step of the way! Despite xsquisite smokes best efforts to protect all the fragile components and I do mean best efforts even I was surprised when I found a damaged component ( very delicate clay bowl ) but it would appear all the bubble wrap, fragile stickers and double boxing was not going to stop the airport cargo team and the delivery man’s five a side they had planned with my parcel to break it I am not disgruntled in the slightest with this as within an hour of emailing the team at xsquisite to show what I had received thanks to our delightful delivery men they went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me in a way which best suited me Customer service was a+++ and I would not hesitate to make a purchase again from the store Let’s just hope the airport cargo team v ups delivery teams rivalry has ended and my parcel doesn’t get caught up in the next grudge match Regards James
