FILTHY, NASTY, DISGUSTING, WORKERS!!! THEY LEFT BEER CANS, CIGARETTES, GUM, CHICKEN BONES & DAMAGED MY PROPERTY!!!! MY FIRST 1 STAR REVIEW EVER!!!! I don’t normally write bad reviews and I’m am not a complainer. I normally only take the time to write positive reviews but I feel obligated to warn the public DO NOT USE these roofers. The roofing crew did a terrible job of cleaning up. You would expect a couple of stray nails left behind but this debris left behind was a safety hazard. I ended up buying a metal magnet tool to swept and clean the area. I have 2 black labs that could have been seriously injured. I’m a gardening enthusiast and the lack of care for my plants and landscaping is beyond words. I had crushed, stepped on plants, chicken bones, massive amounts of cigarette butts, water bottles, caps and beer cans other garbage littered in my garden. They did such a poor job protecting my home that I discovered holes in my lanai screens after the job was finished and no one said anything. At least be honest that you damaged my property. All I can say to any future customer is Xtreme Roofing is an Extreme Nightmare. Update August 6, 2023. Despite them saying that would address my damages, they put a lien on my home and demanded payment for a project financed with my solar install company. Despite me providing receipts of my damages and communicating with their attorney, once they received payment from the finance company per the contract they did NOT reimburse me for my damages. My deepest concern was the alcohol consumption on this project and the total disregard for the damages they did to my property. How can they desecrate someone’s home, harass me for payment that they signed a contract with a finance company to get reimbursed, acknowledge that I was left cleaning up behind filthy workers and spending unnecessary time and money to restore my property. My reviews are ALWAYS positive but this stressful experience and the harm done to me getting pricked my nails and metal scraps carelessly left behind in addition to them refusing to compensate me for my damages left me and now getting a lawyer involved leaves me with no choice but to warn the public.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As a small business owner, I was reluctant to leave a review, however my experience was so horrible I feel as though it’s my obligation to do so. I hired Xtreme Roofing to cover my patio with a roof. What was supposed to be a dream project turned into an on going nightmare that lasted over a year and a half with delays and excuses. First thing I noticed is that they don’t do the work themselves. They hire a bunch of private contractors that are not of the best quality to do the job. Some of the guys look like they picked them up from the local Home Depot. One guy even took the liberty of urinating in my backyard and my wife saw him do it. these are the type of people they hire. One of private contractors came to my property, saying he never got paid by Xtreme roofing for the work that he did and told me that the company has Financial issues to say the least. I could go on and on about the poor construction, lack of accountability and mistakes made. The final result, which I’ve added the pictures to the review is that they used white shingles to cover the new addition. The problem with that is my house’s original roof is black . This shows you the lack of attention to detail. My experience was so bad I feel like never taking on another renovation to my property again.

I was referred to Xtreme Roofing by my friend who is an engineer. John C. was so professional and took a lot of time answering all of our questions regarding our damaged roofing situtation. He was very patient in this trying time after the storms. John took care of every detail and maintained contact throughout the project. Scheduling occured earlier than expected which was a bonus. The crew leader, Arsenio, was also extremely professional along with his amazing team. Arsenio kept us informed and answered all our questions. His crew worked very diligently and cleaned the surrounding area with detail. I highly recommend Xtreme Roofing and Construction for any project and i will refer them to my friends and family.

John responded immediately to my request for estimates after hurricane Milton even though he was swamped. Had them to me in a timely fashion. He is extremely kind and friendly to work with and was patient with all of my questions. I would not hesitate to ask for his help again!

All the roofs for our HOA/Condos were completed by them. They communicated effectively throughout the entire process, providing valuable information. The project was finished on schedule, and there were no nails in anyone's tires.

They did a great job on our roof. John kept us informed through the whole process and made sure tge project went smoothly.

Rented this company 4 dumpsters for a roofing job back in March. We are now in May and have exhausted all ways to get them to pay me. No one will return your calls. No one will respond to your emails. And for certain no one is paying the bills. Get paid upfront for your containers or you will be in limbo just like me continuously asking for payment. If they want to remedy this I will update my review

The roofing crews were very courteous, efficient and speedy. They showed up as scheduled. The on-site supervisors, Harold and Alberto were very knowledgeable and helpful in completing the job in a timely manner. We were very satisfied with the entire experience from top to bottom, starting with our salesman, John Cooke, continuing with the field crews and our production coordinator Ashley Appell. We highly recommend Xtreme Roofing and will use them for our next project.

Truly appreciated the response and professionalism from Big John. He went above and beyond to help we with a new screen enclosure with wheelchair accessible without even asking he took everything into consideration. I couldn’t be happier with the work and dedication they have given to take care of us and our project every step of the and he is also such an awesome an incredible human being. What an excellent company to work with. From beginning to end, Xtreme Roofing & Construction went above and beyond to meet our needs. They put a new roof on the house we were in the process of selling as well as put a new roof on the house we were moving to. Their crew was always on time, very respectful of us going in and out of the home throughout the day, cleaned up thoroughly to make sure it was safe for my son to be outside, and always had smiles on their faces as they came and went. The lead on the job was always attentive, telling me exactly what was going on during the process. They were easy to get ahold of if I needed something, and always answered whatever questions I had in a timely manner. They were a breeze to work with and did a wonderful job.
