When one only has one car and it is trapped behind a garage door that isn’t working, it becomes urgent quickly. Yarnell had a rep respond to my call on a Sunday and we received a call early Monday morning. Two people came over that same day and repaired our door. Can’t ask for better service than that. Yarnell has been consistent with their excellent service and we don’t hesitate to recommend them for your garage door needs.

Very happy with the service. Sales staff were quick in providing a quote and upfront about installation date. Work crew was courteous, professional and fast (done in 3 hours). Highly recommend them.

Great emergency service! A spring broke on our door with our vehicle trapped inside on the weekend with plans to head out the next day to meet friends for a camping trip. Yarnell's crew showed up exactly as promised, had the repairs done in 90 minutes and got us on our way on time. Thanks to Doug and crew.

Twice our garage door has had issues in the past couple years. We call Yarnell and both times they came out the same day. Fast and friendly service, meeting all our expectations. On this call out we ordered two extra remotes for the garage, they programed them for us and the bill did not break the bank. 2 very friendly, professional gentlemen were dispatched to my home to fix my garage door. It works better now than when it was installed brand new! They fixed the door WITHIN 10 minutes and now my garage door is relatively silent compared to when it was installed brand new. They did terrific work and I would definitely recommend them. Highly recommend this company! They came out this morning to install a garage door opener for me, they were on time. we had two terrific guys, Nigel and Nathan, they were both really great at what they did, super friendly and helpful! Can’t recommend this company enough, they have wonderful employees! They did an excellent job, installing my garage door opener, and I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was!

Nigel and Nathan were wonderful. They wasted no time in getting the job diagnosed and remedied. Excellent service and really good people.

Excellent company, friendly, great people skill, accommodating, would recommend 100%. The repair man Nigel, was awesome, had the door springs done in 30 mins, greased everything for me. Told me that they should be greased at least twice a yr. Excellent customer service all around . Thank you and keep doing what your doing!!

Yarnell Doors installed the electronic gate at our business, Brock Mini Storage, a couple of years ago and did a phenomenal job!! Just recently we needed a service call on the afternoon prior to a long weekend and they were there almost immediately. Jordan did a great job taking care of the issue in a friendly, helpful manner. I just wanted to say what great and prompt service I received from Yarnell Doors. My door would not go up so I called they came out the same day to fix it and the service was excellent.

They never showed up for the first appointment, I called them back and they scheduled me for the next business day. A technician showed up and left without saying anything to my wife, who was home. Again, I called them and found out since we had stuff in the garage, he wasn't willing to fix the door. How can I empty a garage with a broken door? Why didn't the technician communicate this to the person that was home? Why wasn't I informed of this when I made the appointment. All of these questions will go unanswered, since customer service doesn't matter.

We enjoyed the entire experience with Yarnell Overhead Doors. Doug came and helped us with picking out the style and colour that matched our home. We didn’t feel pressured or hurried at all. He sent us the quote right away and we ordered. He sent us an estimate by that afternoon and was up from about the wait times in regards to manufacturing delays (due to issues around Covid and manufacturing industry). We had no problem waiting and received the call about 3 months later that they were ready to install. The installer was quick, professional and very friendly. Even the office staff who receives payment was very responsive and friendly! The doors look absolutely amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the results! We will shop and recommend Yarnell from now on!

Somehow in our house inspection it went unnoticed that our garage door would not close unless you physically held the button inside the garage. We also only received one remote - which worked to open the door but not close it. About a year ago we bought 2 DIY remotes at Canadian Tire but were unable to get them to operate. So we reached out to Yarnell at the recommendation of a neighbor - hoping the solution would be easy and that the remotes could be activated. In the back of my mind I was reminded of Marketplace episode some years back that tested the ethics of a number of Garage Door companies by tasking them with a simple fix - that a number of them attempted to misrepresent as "big jobs". To our delight a Gentleman named Nigel showed up from Yarnell, identified and quickly fixed a common problem, got the 2 DIY remotes working, smiled and went on his way. We were thrilled - as evidenced by my taking the time to write this review. To state the obvious, we would highly-recommend Yarnell and will reach back out to them if/when any future need arise.
