Any modifications will require a site assessment for a quotation, such as additional piping or electrical work. We are an e-commerce platform for appliance purchases. All purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Installation services are available as an add-on service, should customers require assistance. Based on the photos you provided, it was determined that piping modification is necessary, which can only be done on-site quotation. We do not charge additionally for the site assessment – in fact, we provide it free of cost. Some installations are straightforward and do not require a site assessment, while others do. We appreciate your understanding that there are limitations to the services we can provide. Conducting a free site assessment is necessary to avoid providing inaccurate quotes that may be either exaggerated or understated. Thirdly, we do not have a physical showroom for viewing as we are an online e-commerce platform. Fourthly, contrary to the mention in your review, there are no staff members present at our office on Saturdays. We are uncertain about the specifics of your interaction or which establishment you have visited, but we kindly request you reassess your review.
