Customer service was great. Fast response. Enquired them for what is best for usage before purchasing from their website.Installation was done the next day after purchasing from their website. After installation, the guy ( Mr Song ) explain everything to me, teach me how to maintain and use the stove. Very helpful and fast. Thank you and will return again to them if needed. Recommended for everyone.

Excellent shopping experience! Ordered Elba Hob and received it within days. The product is exactly as described, and the quality is superb. One of the worst service by far. Called a 1 week beforei nstallation to fixed a date.. on installation date, they told me that their booking is full for the day and they changed the date to another day. Also, there is an additionak charges for extra things which I understand, I send them the photo, cleared photo and ask them to estimate how much will be the cost of additonal charges, they said that they can;t estimate it. Mind you, all other technicians and shops can estimate it based on video and photo I sent them.. But your guys said it must be on site to give quotations?? I just want an estimate so I won't get shocked.. the installation cost might be almost 3 times the price of the item?? I just cancelled it. Stop wasting your time here if I were you.

However, please note that our website clearly states that the basic installation charges for replacing a water heater are priced at $200/-. Any modifications will require a site assessment for a quotation, such as additional piping or electrical work.
We are an e-commerce platform for appliance purchases. All purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Installation services are available as an add-on service, should customers require assistance. Based on the photos you provided, it was determined that piping modification is necessary, which can only be done on-site quotation.
We do not charge additionally for the site assessment – in fact, we provide it free of cost. Some installations are straightforward and do not require a site assessment, while others do.
We appreciate your understanding that there are limitations to the services we can provide. Conducting a free site assessment is necessary to avoid providing inaccurate quotes that may be either exaggerated or understated.
Once again, we apologize for this experience and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

the opening hours in the website has not been updated. When i rushed down on Saturday, 4May, i reached at 1.15pm, the Malaysian staff, avyoung chap was insistent that the shop closes at 1pm & refused to help me. My kitchen stove is faulty & needs replacement urgently, but he was very haughty to help. Furthermore, he told me to go ahead & complain to Consumers association n his boss

Secondly, we do not have any malaysian staff seated in our office.

Fourthly, contrary to the mention in your review, there are no staff members present at our office on Saturdays.
