I am so disappointed. Be careful when you go there they will sweet talk to you. Make you feel like you’re so important. Honestly, they don’t care about your car. The only thing they want is more work so they can make more money. There are in a business to rip you off simple as that.

My car needed a state inspection and I of course waited until the last week to take care of it. I called this morning and was immediately greeted on the other end by Christian who informed me they are certified to do state inspections. When I asked if I needed to make an appointment he said they could get me in as quickly as it took me to drive over. 20 minutes later I was seated in their clean waiting room in a comfy chair with a complimentary bottle of water(since I figured I didn't need a third cup of coffee this morning, though it was available). Michael pulled my car around immediately and I had a great view of the workshop through their glass wall as he did his rounds of my vehicle(transparency between business and customer is always welcome). 15 minutes later I was good to go. They even reset my cars auto maintenance reminder for me. All in all they were quick, polite, and professional, I think I found my new neighborhood repair shop.

Very happy with the service. Gave 1 star less due to representative told me that they could squeeze me in 30 minutes early, however they did not take care of it on time.

I would never return to this company nor I ever recommend this company to anyone my vehicle came in for a suspension issue and they give me these receipts showing me the total price of everything and my warranty also covered parts as well. I receive my vehicle back with transmission fluid leak leaking and flat tire
Also he telling me about a diag fee no one ever mentioned that to me my if my warranty cover a repair they outline they cover diag fees which I called to verify they paid out on it and what they paid for it’s all bogus and not matching up I let them do several other repairs I am not going to go on about the situation I would not recommend this place and I will review them everywhere I can to save people the time and money $1300 for 2 ball joints when the receipt shows control arms no where in these pictures you see new control arms
Also they tell me my ac isn’t leaking Freon I get in the truck and turn the ac on the Freon smell is shooting out the vents heavy and I don’t understand how I got a check engine light when they supposed to be doing suspension

This place is the best! Anytime I have an issue I can go to Jimmy the manager and get a straight clear answer. Sometimes older women going into a car repair feel or actually get intimidated by the opposite sex. Every man treats me with respect, fairness, no nonsense. I'm a little disappointed to write this review because I read so many positive ones. I would like to start by saying, my representative was Christian. When I first called, I was greeted with a warm welcome and it seemed like they would be very helpful. We played phone tag for days before I was able to get my car in. I must admit the diagnosis turn around was pretty quick, being completed in 1 hour. Christian called and told me the issue with my car and I asked was it covered under my extended warranty. He stated he would give them a call and check. After waiting an hour, I called and asked for an updated. He gave this long spiel about what the warranty company said. Only for me to call them myself and find out he never called. It would've been a more enjoyable experience if I didn't have to play chase or had been lied to.

I would add most extended warranty companies have very slow communication and it is always work in the favor to make at least one phone call to the company to expedite the process. I can assure you Christian had called them but miss communication has caused this miss understanding. We apologize for this.

AMAZING SERVICE!
I brought my car here for a control arm replacement.
They provided me with pictures of all the problems. And gave me a detailed invoice.
Jimmy made sure I was taken care of and fast. Had my car done in only 3 days.
Jimmy was honest and gave me a fair price. If I have any more issues with my car, I will be going to him for help!
