Second time going the guys were efficient, and attentive. Also, the mechanic who worked on my finance car did a great job. Another thing was the Hispanic guy, wish I knew his name showed me about an oil leak. I like that, most places wouldn’t show that to their customers. Thanks guys.

Over $7,000 later, and I still don’t have a reliable vehicle.

At first, I received follow-ups, but as the problems with my vehicle became more persistent, the communication stopped. I had to call to check on my vehicle instead of them keeping me informed. Since I had to return multiple times for the same issue, they reduced my 3-year warranty to just 1 year without informing me directly—I only found out by reading the paperwork myself. I waited to see if they would mention it, but they never did.

I understand that my vehicle may have a universal problem that could continue to fail, but when you go to a place like this, you expect service and advice from “highly trained and experienced” professionals. Instead, everything they mentioned after multiple failed repair attempts was information I had already found on the internet myself. I would have rather been told upfront that they didn’t know and that I should seek another professional before I spent over $7,000.

To make matters worse, my vehicle has only developed more problems since getting additional work done here. For example, my AC was working perfectly fine, and now it barely blows air and is even throwing sparks.

When the problem persisted, which resulted in additional problems and more money out of pocket, I asked why I wasn’t told this information in the first place, and it seemed like everyone was just playing the blame game instead of taking responsibility.

Every time I had to bring the car back, there was a new problem that suddenly needed to be fixed—only for them to tell me at the end that there is no guaranteed fix. Who in their right mind would be okay with hearing that after spending $7,000?!

This was definitely a learning experience and showed me that shade tree neighborhood mechanics sometimes actually do know more. I thought that by taking my vehicle to professionals, I would get a better outcome or that my local neighborhood mechanic didn’t know what he was talking about when he told me not to spend any more money on the car. I assumed he just didn’t know how to fix the problem, so I sought out the professionals—and he was indeed right.

Not the entirety of my experience with Yes! Automotive was bad, but I do believe that they put their ego in front of their integrity and couldn’t just tell it like it was.

I originally chose this place based on good reviews, so it’s extremely disappointing that I can’t leave one myself. I wouldn’t have minded paying if the issue had actually been fixed, but I’m still dealing with the same original problem. Because of this frustrating experience, I’ve decided not to return as a customer to Yes Automotive.

Right, clean, quick and easy. In this day and age, it’s hard to find good reliable service. The service here was excellent, everybody knew what they were doing, nobody dragged their feet, it was honest, and the prices are even really good. All I can say is please read reviews before getting service completed here.

I take fault in being up sold when I only came in for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection, but the lack of transparency and communication this business has is the driving force of why I will not return back. Be cautious.

Beware: Yes Automotive/My Transmission

Yes Automotive/My Transmission rebuilt & repaired my truck's transmission.  Less than 5 months later the transmission failed on an out of state drive.

The organization is NOT a registered member of Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association (ATRA) and was unable to get it repaired a reputable member. My only recourse was to tow the vehicle back across the country to Houston for a warranty repair.

I have been unable to contact a Manager to address my issue.  Therefore, would NOT recommend Yes Automotive/My Transmission as a reputable repair facility.  My suggestion is to use a business that has an interstate warranty.

Update: Despite their comments about making it right.. they did NOTHING. Overall a TERRIBLE experience!

absolute joke. 2016 F-150. diagnose cam phasers. quote was 6300 . had it for a month, called me back finally...quote went to 8 grand. had it for another month. called me again told me it was ready. out the door was 12 grand. the truck didn't make it out of the parking lot. throwing codes over heating. they told me it was "relearning". made it a mile then was stranded on side of the road. they picked the truck up had it for about an hour. told me it was fixed. made it half a mile this time. drove it back in limp mode. called me back and told me it needs a new motor. so they put a used motor in it out of a junk yard and it made it 2 weeks then blew up. so they put another used motor in it and it still has problems. so I got a 12 thousand dollar used motor that will probably have the same cam phaser issue as the original motor so you can add 6300 again.
