Great from start to finish. Bought an old home with some mold discovered in inspection from some old water damage. Promptly received a thorough walk-thru and estimate. Quickly added to their schedule. Aaron and his crew showed up on-time and put in a solid days work all the while keeping me up to date as to the remediation steps they were performing. Finished when promised and left my basement cleaner than it was when they started. Estimate spot on, no hidden costs. Highly recommend Yeti Restoration

The humidity in my basement had gotten out of control and Aaron was prompt and professional as he took care of the mold down there He went above and beyond by answering all of my questions and suggesting things that could help avoid this happening in the future.

When our basement flooded, Yeti Restoration was recommended to us. Matt answered quickly and offered to come out same day. They found the issue, resolved it and then cleaned up all the water. They were very careful and respectful with all of our stuff. The best part? The people. Matt is such a nice guy. And Mike? Yeah, that dude rocks. Very respectful, very nice, and VERY good at his job. Thank you guys for making an awful situation seamless and the best experience possible!

Highly recommend! We had an issue with a wall in our family room starting to lose the outer finish layer of plaster, but at first there was no moisture noticeable. I had cut into it and noticed black mold, so I called a company that just did testing to come out and test it and the air. They confirmed mold in the wall but not airborne, and recommended Yeti for remediation, so I called Yeti and spoke with Vicki. The next day James came out and assessed the situation. We had high moisture levels and they would have to remove the wall in that area to assess and find the cause. We had to wait a couple months on our end, for no fault of theirs, and so I called Yeti again and Matt came out to reassess and the quote was the same. They knew there was a slow leak, and that I had black mold inside the wall. Price was favorable for not having to use insurance. Mike and another helper came out soon after and in the course of a day, they enclosed the area in plastic walls and gave it negative air pressure to keep anything from getting out into the living area. They removed a large section of two walls adjacent a corner, and remediated all of the mold. They identified the cause of the leak, which I quickly was able to fix, and they set up heaters and fans to run 24/7 to dry the wood walls inside of the plastic walled area. Two days later Mike came back by, ran moisture tests, and was able to remove all of the fans and plastic. They didn’t do the repair to the walls, just the remediation of the mold and moisture, but they did a wonderfully thorough job. I was very impressed by how friendly and professional everyone from Yeti was. Very informative, able to answer all of my questions, and just a better experience in a tough situation than I had ever expected. Skip over the other guys and get Yeti on the job. You won’t regret it.

Mike at Yeti removed the mold from our basement today and treated it to prevent future outbreaks. He was fast, friendly, and professional. Yeti also installed our radon mitigation system a few years ago, and I would definitely recommend them for both services!

Matt was great. Came out and looked at the issues and gave recommendations of what was needed, even being honest about what we can do ourselves.

Friendly, professional, responsive and knowledgeable! Just as importantly, Matt at Yeti was transparent and honest about the extent of my home issue. He deemed it to be not dire enough to contract them to fix the situation. Another restoration company was not as transparent during their assessment, so Matt and Yeti have already saved me from spending lots of unnecessary money!

James and his team at Yeti truly embrace the most authentic meaning of service with their customers. They genuinely do their work for the benefit of others. Throughout the restoration process, I never once doubted that they had my best interest in mind. I experienced this first hand time and time again as they served me and my family while they did a very large restoration project on my home that had significant fire and water damage. They are very skilled, knowledgeable, punctual and their communication and follow through are exceptional. James, Jim, and the team of technicians that worked in our home were kind, professional, and made me feel a part of the Yeti family. They went above and beyond to coach me through every stage of the mitigation/restoration process. Even when my insurance company did me wrong, Yeti did me right. Highly recommend using them.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Unprecedented and outstanding! Long story short, a midnight toilet related flood (caught within 3.5 hours) ended up being my first insurance claim and I honestly had no idea what to do or who to call. I googled water mitigation and Yeti popped up with >100 Five-Star reviews so I gave a call. Within 2-hours of calling, not only was an appointment set and under way, by the most helpful, sincere, and polite staff I’ve spoken with, but the owner of the company himself was onsite. (James called within 15-minutes of my calling Yeti to let me know that he would to my home in under 2-hours) I’ve never experienced this kind of genuine care and service before. While walking James through my home his technician Patrick was prepping all need supplies and gear and < 1-hour later drying mats, dehumidifiers, and fans were setup and mitigating the water. (UNREAL RESPONSE TIME!) Not only was my cared for by experts in lightning speed, my anxiety, confusion and frustration with the midnight incident were mitigated by the professional & compassionate staff at Yeti. I’d like to give my greatest gratitude to James and to Patrick. Not only did you “save” my floors, you also saved my sanity. Outstanding service, professional and understanding staff, unbelievable speed, and the utmost care for preserving home and sanity leads me to give Yeti my highest praise! 5/5 in every way!
