Bringing my 18 month old, 40kg Bernese Mountain dog from France to Canada (when he hadn’t been in a crate since he was 4 months old!) was a daunting prospect. My best friend recommended Your Dog Butler. She’s used them for a couple of years to take her arthritic Newfoundland baby to water therapy every week, so i called them and arranged for them to meet me at arrivals. After a 15 hour journey, i was exhausted and worried about my pup, who probably needed to pee, run and around and get all the attention, but I still had to go rent a car, get a year’s worth of luggage plus big dog and even bigger crate into a car and get home. I had nothing to worry about. Mark texted me well in advance of our meeting time, came to the exact spot I was waiting, immediately took charge of the dog and the crate, and even took my luggage for me so that all I had to do was walk to the car rental with my purse! He took Harry for a walk (didn’t even have to ask, he suggested it), then drove all the way to my place, brought puppy and things into the house, and all I had to do was give Harry all the hugs. Cannot recommend these folks highly enough, and we’ll be using them again for the next trip.

Mark & Eddie were the two ‘transporters’ for my dog Ari. They picked her up in an immaculate van with air conditioning and comfy blankets. They picked her up carefully to put her in place and we all went off to the Surgical Hospital. They protected her from the many dogs in the waiting room and calmly spoke to her to keep her settled. When the Vet wanted to see her walk, they very carefully took her outside so she could see Ari walk. A second visit to my local Vet was carried out with equal care by both Mark & Eddie. I would use Your Dog Butler again in a heartbeat. Arlene is great at organizing the rides Without any glitches.

I can't say enough good things about dog butler. I was having a nightmare of a day with my 18 yr old poodle being very sick and my husband undergoing spinal surgery at the same time. I am also disabled on top of things. I needed to get her to a vet asap but my vet was booked so I had to opt for Emergency animal hospital. Arlene spent many hours on the phone trying to arrange a time and would not give up until she found a solution. This was not the usual booking ahead of time but an emergency with no warnings. Mark, the driver was only able to do 90 minutes time limit. The hospital needs some one there to stay when your pet is being taken care of. He even went over the limit at two hours to ensure my dog could come home safely. He is also very good with dogs since mine is very nervous and actually enjoyed the ride and Mark.. I was very upset and stressed out. Both Arlene and Mark didn't just go out of their way to help me but were so kind, patient and understanding as well, helping me throughout the day with anything they could. You could see that both of them love animals. Also, I'm 73 years old and not tech savvy and Arlene took the time to walk me through any difficulties I had. I would highly recommend them if anyone needs a ride to their vet, pick up at the airport or any transportation needed and very affordable. I won't ever forget their kindness. This service is just great! We had an opportunity to use it once we landed in Toronto, where we planned to settle our family. Arlene and Mark helped us to bring our dog home after flying for 10 hours for the first time. They were so kind and prepared a comfortable space in the car for our dog. Unfortunately when we reached our destination there was a heavy shower but Mark waited for the rain to slow down and then helped us with the luggages. We could not ask for more! Thank you so much to the whole team

The first time, I used Dog Butler was to move!! The driver MARK is amazing, he picked up my dogs and drove them from point A to point B. Very respectful and gentle. Yesterday, MARK assisted me with taking my dog to the vet. The compassion and love from MARK, throughout the trip warmed me heart. He has always treated my dogs as they are his. Will forever be grateful for Your Dog Butler and Arlene for making the process of relocating my dog from Denmark to Canada as stress free as possible. We hired them to be our Broker, so they were responsible to collect my dog from the airplane cargo and bring him through the border control/customs process. Communication was slow and nearly non-existant.

Last week I needed to take my kitty Abby from Toronto to London,ON and back for a specialty treatment for hyperthyroidism. The driver Eddie was amazing. He was very familiar with the location of the facility I needed to take Abby to. He was very friendly and engaging, made the long distance ride go by very quickly.

Great experience and communication in relation to getting our Newfoundland Dog from Barcelona to Newfoundland. Communication from when he landed to when he had to board again . Quick response to my emails with my 100 questions Photos to come

Really wonderful service. Met my expectations. My cats get extremely stressed with travel, but due to the driver being patient, accommodating, and friendly, the ride was as good as it could possibly be.

Today with the assistance of The Pet Butler we were able to have 25 dogs transported. The staff was so professional, and helpful. They went above and beyond. Would recommend this service Wonderful company. Carters Forever Rescue and Sanctuary Mabel is a dog very dear to the rescue. When it was time to transport her Your Dog Butler was the only transport I would even think about letting Mabel go with. She was well cared for and arrived to her destination on time and in an amazing condition. Highly recommended

I HIGHLY recommend Your Dog Butler and will absolutely use their services again in the future (as will my family). Arlene made all arrangements to transport Jack, an 8 year old Morkie poo, from Toronto to St. John’s Newfoundland when my father became too ill to care for him. It was a very stressful time for our family and Arlene eased our worries by handling all arrangements for Jack’s swift relocation travel to NL and keeping us informed. It is apparent that Arlene and her team are passionate about the service they provide and the dogs in their care. They went above and beyond for Jack and our family and we are incredibly grateful. Great service, responsive and efficient. Helped us relocate our 3 months old puppy from 5h away, keeping the puppy in cabin during the flight. Your Dog Butler picked up the puppy at the breeder, took care of the soft carry bag purchase, and kept the puppy hydrated during the flight. Easy online portal to communicate, track things and handle payment.
