His culinary art exceeded far beyond our expectation. We have booked a 3-course menu and every single dish was delicious and prepared with a lot of passion. The quality of the ingredients was impeccable and both did an excellent job in the kitchen and when serving. Amazing cooking class with Chef Antonio My husband & I booked a cooking class with Antonio at our Airbnb in Pozzuoli. It was outstanding! Antonio designed a fabulous 3 course menu based on our likes & requests, and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. We’ve had some amazing food in Pozzuoli & Naples, but this was even better. Antonio is passionate about cooking food from the area, and is a very experienced & skilled chef, and a really nice guy too. He was also very generous with his knowledge, teaching us many tricks of the trade. We learnt so much! It was undoubtedly one of the best experiences of our entire holiday. It also happened to be my birthday. Best way to celebrate a birthday! It will be impossible to better this one! Thanks Antonio for making my birthday unforgettable.

First of all, Antonio was the nicest, most patient chef. When I first booked him for a cooking class for 6 people we discussed what would be cooked etc. When Antonio found out where our villa was, he said the kitchen was too small to do a cooking class. I explained how disappointed my kids would be and he made it work. They couldn't each have a work station, but he organized it so he was doing a demonstration and the kids participated in making each food item. They made eggplant parmesan, a pasta and tiramisu. Everything was amazing and delicious. Would highly recommend him!!! Was one of our favorite nights and definitely our favorite meal!

Chef Antonio and his assistant came to our accommodation in Sorrento, cooked an absolutely fabulous meal (including meeting all dietary requirements) and left the kitchen spotless afterwards. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Antonio and Serena came to our villa in Praiano and cooked an amazing dinner for 4. We selected the Tasting Menu option from his website and it did not disappoint. Every item was cooked to perfection - we especially loved the Zucchini flowers, the seafood salad, and the linguine with clams. Thanks, Antonio for a very special memory.

Antonio cooked us a fantastic dinner at our rental villa to celebrate a friends birthday. It was easily the best meal we had on the Amalfi Coast. He and his staff were extremely professional and left the place cleaner than when he arrived. I could not recommend a better experience to cap off a trip to Italy. Antonio was 10/10.

Chef Antonio and team were amazing! Our friend arranged for his service on the first night of our trip and it could not have been more perfect. We had communicated dietary restrictions in advance and I was assured they’d be cared for. He went above and beyond in making gluten free dishes for me that were flavorful, beautiful, and safe. Normally as someone who is gluten free I am used to being accommodated, but Antonio made me feel included! I had a special GF tiramisu that I really was not expecting and it was delicious! I am still thinking about the clams and spaghetti- perhaps the best pasta dish I have ever tasted. Highly recommend!

First time in Italy and the dinner Chef Antonio prepared for our party of 21 was by far the BEST Italian food we had during our 10 day trip! The BEST zucchini flowers (he has a special trick to keep them light & crispy), octopus salad, bruschetta, pasta w clams, zucchini pasta, sea bass, pork tenderloin & potatoes & his own version of tiramisu but made with the local lemons & limoncello!!! It’s worth every penny! His staff are so professional!
