Customer from Dubai UAE Based in dubai i had tried to buy Nishat Lawn from stires here. After searching online in dubai i was unable to find the dress code I was looking for. When i could see the same clothes were available in India on thefashionstation store. I ordered in mid march abd received delivery in three days. The order was received in original packing but no box was there. Rest everything seems original. Dress is beautiful. 🙈

The FASHION STATION IS NOTHING BUT A FRAUD SO BE CAREFUL OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY HI..This is Sheetal from Jammu. I placed an order on 18th MARCH, 2024 from the Fashion Station website and paid RS. 2240 For the article. Till date I.e. 17TH APRIL, 2024 Its status is ‘processing’’. I tried many times at the fashion station customer care number but never got any response from them. Then 2 weeks ago, I wrote an email to them that I'm interested in buying some dresses and have a query related to that purchase. To my surprise, I got a call from this number 9891891842 in 5 minutes. BUT when I told them that I had a query regarding the article I purchased they disconnected my call and never picked my call again. In that email, they shared mobile number of Ramiz QUERSHI (9990968786) also. I tried to contact him as well first he listened to , y query then he stopped responding.. SO, PLZ IF you are reading these reviews I suggest you to never ever buy anything from the FASHION STATION. they are nothing but the fraudsters. DON’t be fooled by some Muslim guys from Kashmir. I AM SURELY GOING TO report them to the CRIME BRANCH. IM SHARING A SCREENSHOT OF RAMIZ QUESRHI chat.. You can see yourself that I got no response from him till date.

Best products online Let me tell u this is most amazing website. Have never seen such beautiful clothes before. I had ordered a sharara in Feb 2024 from Afroseh brand. I received the parcel now after stitching. It has been perfectly been stitched. I had asked the team to add dori as shown in image and they accepted my request. The delivery time can be long for this site but that’s understandable as these are not produucts that are easily available on nykaa fashion or h &m.

I ordered a parcel on 15 march no updates ,nothing i see everywhere fashion station saying pls contact our customer care service , but who the fuck is sitting there , simply no one answers , actually it is a fraud website , with a bit aof paid and manipulative reviews i guess

Till date not received my parcel. And Nobody reply I have ordered one suit on 5 April but till date I didn’t get my order. I have try to complaint may time through mail but no reply. And they didn’t have any customer care number.nobody recive neither call nor mail reply. Plz send my parcel otherwise I will take action against you.

The Fashion Station Fraud Hi, myself Fatma, I ordered (order no. 963318) one pakistani suit (04-04-2024) but still didn’t get any order delivery related msg and when I tried to contact their customer care did not get any response from there too :( i feel i lost 2280Rs and the fashion station is fraud:(

They never delivered my order... they just don't deliver! Don't ever pre pay them order number 919359. They charged me extra for a cod order and that extra amount was suppose to be adjusted in another suit due in that oder. I don't even hope for them.to address my issue as I know how bad they are with their service. Just want to let everyone know not to trust them.

The Faiza Saqlain dress that i received in mail is excellent with good fabrics used. Its 99% same as displayed on product page.

Thanks for shipping out my parcel 9 out 10 suits delivered waiting for the final dress. All 9 suits are beautifully customized by fashion station tailoring staff. Whatsapp Live chat made my experience good. The shipping on my first order was faster than the estimated time. I was also in a rush so it worked out perfectly. The quality is fair for the price. Would like to see more colors in same styles but thats not possible i guess with pakistani suits as each design has just one color. The promotional code helped me save which is important when shopping for entire family some $$$💰

Got free gift I placed order on this website thefashionstation.in 2 months back after opting for stitching. I got one suit delivered on time but one dress from mariyummaria was never delivered. Then i complained to the team. They gave me option of refund or store credit. I opted for store credit. This time i received the dress on time. But what was most amazing part was that fashionstation gave me a free dress from Jade collection along with sorry card for earlier issue. This was a great gesture from the team. This shows that fashionstation does care about their customers.

Came back after 8 years I bought from them 8 years ago when the website was still primitive and the line of products was not so extensive. I still wear the lawn suits I originally bought 8 years ago. So when I found out they were still in existence, I knew the quality was there. The shipping via DHL improved tremendously. 8 days to Europe. Fast and responsive customer service. A++++ One thing i would suggest is that they should keep more of ready to wear Pret Collection specially for foreign clients.

Received Crimson Collection I have just received delivery of my Crimson Saira Shakira dresses from fashionstation. The suits are beautiful. The length of shirt its colors and dupatta fabric is wonderful. Only the extra attachment that u see like that hanging thing is not given in package by designer. Fashionstation did fullfill the promise to deliver the products just before Eid. I have one feedback for team. They should extend their working hours from 9 to 5 to 24 by 7 as most ladies are active on phone during late evenings these days. I feel that fashionstation should also improve the packaging. They should use cardboard made package instead of zipper bags. Thanks Ambereen

Excellent Tailoring Service and nice products Happy with the recent purchase from Zara Shahjahan Lawn 2024. I got 4 of my suits tailored by thefashionstation.in. I received a measurement chart after placing the order. The tailoring process was fairly easy, as I was in touch with Nitu Singh all the time. My worry was about the delivery to Punjab before my brother's wedding. But that was taken quite well as I got my package by Bluedart. Great team with excellent products.

MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED. PLEASE LOOK INTO IT. My order no is 864304 placed on July 7th 2023 and was partly shipped. It’s been 9 months and iam trying to contact customer service on WhatsApp but nobody is answering. I left a review here and was told to contact customer service but still nothing. I wanted to leave a review again and it’s being said here that the issue is resolved. NO THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED AS NOBODY IS ANSWERING ON WHATSAPP. I’ll be thankful to the concerned person if they will help me in this.
