Really great work by the Bella Concepts team on our bathroom remodel. Looking forward to using them for our next project!

Fantastic experience! From Matt coming out to do the estimate.to Dylan and Chris doing the work everything was great:). There was an initial delay that was out of their control but they kept me updated. They covered all the carpet to protect it and cleaned up when finished. Dylan kept me updated on the progress throughout the day and made sure I was satisfied at the end. We plan to have another shower completed by then in the future!

I just had the pleasure of having awesome crew from Bella Concepts due work on my home. I had an addition put on 20 years ago. It was sinking due to rotten wood in the craw space which is only 10 inches. The spent 4 days in that damp dirty space replacing wood and leveling floor. Did same from attic. They answered my many questions on friendly and respectful manner. I they also replaced my concrete porch with a beautiful deck . Never any shouting or bad language. They clean up every day before the before they left. They did great work. I could not be any more pleased. Great job, great crew. Bea Pearce

Over all did a great job. Only criticism is they didn’t ask for preferences, such as show and bench height and towel hook placement. Otherwise we’re very pleased with the result.

They did a great job refinishing my doors and trim/replacing hardware throughout my home as well as painting the ceilings and installing a full home water filter. I'm very happy with the results. We had one communication issue over paint that they handled with the utmost professionalism and, frankly, went above and beyond to resolve. After a mix up with the paint color used, they came out months later to match the paint. They were even prepared to repaint the entire ceiling had they been unable to match it. I still rate them highly because they stand by their work and make sure you're happy with the end product. They're also just generally nice and pleasant to work with.

Matt, Dillon and Jeramy did a wonderful job at our home. After we purchased our home we discovered the sunroom was lower in one corner. We called Bella Concepts and scheduled a repair. It only took these three great and talented contractors only a day and a half to raise the corner 2.5 inches! They corrected the problem all while the temperatures were 99!!! We WILL hire them again!!!

We are really pleased with the entire experience of our master bath remodel and really enjoyed your team. Everyone was professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. We really appreciated the fact that your team did everything and we didn’t have to deal with subcontractors. They began on the promised date and showed up every day until completion. I just had my bathroom and floors redone. One of the best experiences I've had with communication, detail and precision. Chris and Shawn were a blast to be around and made sure every detail that I wanted was obtained. The quality and service is the best I've encountered and for anything I need done in the future this is the only company I'd go through.

Friendly, polite team get the job done with cleanup everyday. Did what we wanted with all adjustments made. Thanks to Design Consultant Jeremy for his guidance, Kacey's communication and the team: Chris, Dylan, Elias, Kayden, Nate, and Travis. Thanks to Barry for beautiful framing, may you RIP.

Great craftsmanship, professional and courteous. They replaced 2 skylight for me that no one else would, and they did an outstanding job

Had a deck "rebuild" in the spring, followed by a partial kitchen renovation. The projects began on time, as set up a few months prior. The deck rebuild was better than I expected. The team, led on-site by Dylan was always responsive, innovative when some slight modifications evolved, and very accomodating when working around my dogs (and birds). The kitchen renovation began after the deck was finished and I'm very pleased with that result as well.

Bella Concepts did an awesome job on our total master bath remodel. They replaced the old tub with a modern walk-in shower in addition to moving a wall and building a linen closet. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves every day. I would recommend them for your bathroom remodels.

I had Bella Concepts remodel my mud room which was an add-on to my home. It was meant to cover the exterior access to the basement and it was in a pretty terrible state. I had several contractors out to look at it and provide quotes. Jeremy was the only one that seemed actually interested in providing feedback. He came back to me pretty quickly with a fair quote and actually had drawings of what the mudroom would look like when completed, which was excellent. My original start date was for the end of September, and due to material shortages, it got pushed into mid-November. That was a bit disappointing. However, they were able to move me up to the end of October which was a nice surprise. They arrived on the start date and got immediately to work. The crew was excellent to deal with. Dylan was the main person working the job and he was a treat. He was very personable, very professional, and extremely detail oriented. He was very apt to answer questions and took the time to explain all the steps as he was doing them. He had various other folks out to the site, and all of them were very friendly and helpful. I needed to have basement access throughout the entire job since I work from home. My wife also needed to have access to do laundry and they insured that the work area was cleaned and I had access to both when necessary. The job took roughly 3 weeks to complete, and I didn’t mind it at all. I was pleasantly surprised by how detail oriented Dylan was, and how much he was trying to ensure that the job was done right no matter what. No corners were cut here. Give that man a raise! I cannot recommend these folks enough. They are an excellent company, and I will absolutely be using them on my next remodel job in the near future.

We had Bella Concepts come in to convert a bedroom into a bathroom and they did an excellent job! The house is 100 years old but Dillon and his crew made a great team and worked through every challenge. The end result is beautiful craftsmanship. They were professional and explained the process. I recommend them highly.

We contacted Bella Concepts to add a bedroom in our home. From start to finish, it was a very positive experience. I was incredibly impressed with the integrity of the company and workmanship. It’s hard to come by these days. The two guys working on the project were committed to making everything right. They were both personable and respectful, overall a great representation of the company. I would 100% contact Bella Concepts again for our future needs.
