Very professional install, with a close attention to detail. Made some small suggestions that helped the final look. Very clean during the process and left everything in very good condition.

Remodeled our bathroom. Removed an old jetted tub and had a low threshold entry shower built. I fell in love with this blue tile that had a flower on it but it would have been too much. Ralph incorporated the a little bit of the tile into the design in a unique way - I LOVE IT! And the best part is a frameless glass wall with no door. So easy to keep clean - I love that even more.

There aren’t enough good things to say about Allison, Ralph, Derrick, and Austin. They were incredibly helpful throughout the process and took the time to understand my vision. They made suggestions along the way that elevated the design. They are also knowledgable and meticulous. I never once worried about my project, start to finish. And, they are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. Excellent contractors and even better people.

I hired a contractor who built me a walk in shower which totally fell apart and leaked. I hired Flooring Masters to come in and demo the job and start over. The quality of this shower now is unbelievable. I didn’t know how bad the other shower was until I saw one correctly built and tiled. They took photos for me every step of the way to show what the prior contractor failed to do and sent diagrams showing how it should have been built. They answered any questions I had along the way and even made a special trip to the flooring store with me to show me what tile would work best in my shower and what I should avoid. I now have 2 other showers that the prior contractor built that will need to be demoed and rebuilt. I will not hire anyone else but Flooring Masters! Amazing company!!

Ralph, Alison and the entire team did a wonderful job on our bathroom remodel! My husband and I are so pleased with the work they did for us. We plan to use them again for the master bathroom remodel in a few months. Five starts all the way!

Easiest 5 stars to give. Their whole crew was amazing, kind, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and all the things in between. They took our terribly outdated bathroom and brought it into this century better than I could have imagined. Their price was also beyond reasonable even for the current cost of everything around us being ridiculous. Look no further, this is the crew you want doing your work.

Wow!! This is a company that takes great pride in their work! We had a total bathroom remodel done and we couldn't be happier. It might just be the best room in the house now!

Ralph, Allison, Derrick, Patrick and Austin just finished renovating our primary bath, and we are thrilled! When I got their bid and it said "you will be happy", I wondered how they could be so sure. Now that my bath is finished, I know why they can say that. At least two people, and three most of the time, showed every weekday (plus one Saturday) for four weeks until our bath was finished. They showed up on time, were professional, cleaned up after themselves, worked hard, did quality work, asked us when a decision needed to be made and made our bath stunning. I told my husband earlier that I can't ever remember a project where I was 100% satisfied but I am more than 100% satisfied with them. They do beautiful tile work. Everything is perfect. I wouldn't hire anyone else after having them do our renovation. Everything is QUALITY workmanship and materials. I really can't say enough good things about them! They are 100% awesome!

My dream bathroom was completed today. I keep finding myself walking in there just to see it again, because it is so stunning! The Flooring Masters have completed five projects for us over the span of two homes. When we decide to embark on a new remodel, we never consider anyone else to do the work, and one of us says to the other, call Ralph. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, flexibility, and transparency, make them the perfect crew for any remodel. We always love the end result but miss them when they leave. Ralph, Alison, Derrick, Austin, and Patrick are the best people!

They were very professional, great communication, always showed up! The quality of work was exceptional! Would highly recommend. They completed the entire job from tearing out a tub insert to tiling/plumbing the shower.

We used this company to remodel 2 of our bathrooms and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They did a great job. They were timely. And we will use them again when we are ready to remodel our other bathroom. They also hung shelves for our library and the work was top notch too.
