I can’t praise Paul more highly for the excellent refit of my downstairs toilet and porch. Everything fitted with meticulous accuracy and precision in a timely fashion. Couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend PW West Home improvements and I’ll be using them again for any future home projects.

We cannot thank Paul enough for the work he, Connor and Greg have done. We wanted a bathroom transformation with a wow when you walk in and Paul didn't disappoint. From spending time with us to really understand what we wanted, helping with the design and showing us the luxury finishes were possible (cannot wait to warm my toes on underfloor heating in winter!), to working round our holidays and giving so much time to fuss our needy cats, they really have given us a 5* service from start to finish. Thank you so much! We are so excited to use our transformed bathroom and only wish we had more that you could work your magic on.

I have been lucky enough to have an en suite and dressing room fitted by Paul. Two completely different types of job but a high quality finish on both. Paul is meticulous in his work, he will not settle for less than perfect and it shows in the finished products. I get so many compliments on both rooms, but especially the dressing room as it has a stacked washer and dryer with built in cupboards and wardrobes and replaced the useless third bedroom in the house, so a little unusual for a house in England to have an upstairs “utility” style room. The finish is absolutely flawless and he takes practicality into account as well as the beautiful design in all of his work. He thinks outside the box and gives suggestions and ideas that you would just never think of, such as laying the flooring diagonally to give the room the appearance of being bigger. I will 100% be getting Paul and Connor to fit a new main bathroom in the near future.

I inherited an impractical, poorly designed wet-room from the former owners of my house, finally after 8 years I called Paul in, to do a complete redesign for me. Paul listened to my wish list and delivered everything and more that I asked for. From planning the layout, full removal of old fittings, too fully fitting my beautiful new wet-room. Paul and Connor are tidy, organized workers and completed the work within the advised timeframe. Paul added some smaller features I'd not though of, such as recessed shelves with under lighting in the shower area and even fitted an electric toothbrush charging point. I'd chosen to have a custom made shower screen and door, for which a template was made, then Paul arranged to have the glass cut. Paul then returned to fit this for me. Whilst this was an expensive option and took two weeks to be manufactured and fitted, it was worth every penny and the wait as its avoided the previous problems with the design of this room. Best decision ever!

We got paul to come to supply and fit some new radiators. Came on time when said and did an amazing job. Excellent quality of work can't fault them at all will definitely be getting them back

Paul and Connor have just revamped our en-suite and we are over moon with it. From the beginning Paul was always great with communication quick with his quote and very helpful on what we needed etc. Then a very professional service while doing the work nice and tidy and you can tell Paul takes pride in the work he does. Will 100% be getting in touch for our next job and would most certainly recommend.

Paul used his excellent knowledge and experience of designing wet-rooms to help us plan the refurbishment of ours. He was confident, patient and clear in explaining and advising in response to our many questions. We consulted with him over several weeks over the choice of fittings and tiles, and he was again patient and happy to suggest and advise what would work best and what to avoid. Once the job started, he and Connor worked so hard every day, often finishing late in the evening to get the job done. The end result is amazing and we have no hesitation in recommending PW West for any plumbing, bathroom and wet-room renovation.
