Very cost effective for a refurbished chair lift. Compared to several other companies in the DuPage county area .They were able to come out right away and install very professional. Ask for Sterling or Frank! This will definitely help my mother with her quality of life being able to get out and about.

We called Frank shortly before Thanksgiving and he answered all of our questions, including questions about pricing. We did not have to wait for a sales rep to come to our house and try to pressure us into buying something we did not need. By noon the next Tuesday the stair chair was installed and ready to use. Charlie, the installer, patiently explained its use for my husband, who is blind, and me with my orthopedic problems. The next day when we did have additional questions, I texted Charlie, and he responded within 30 minutes to help us. Our laundry is in the basement, and it is such a relief to be able to take bundles up and down the stairs safely.

Hire a Handyman
Frank's crew has done a variety of tasks for us: ceiling painting, checking plumbing, redoing our front porch, fixing light fixtures and wiring, installing sensors in garage and front porch, and replacing our front door and storm door. Salvador and Manuel work well as a team; they are both hard workers. They are friendly and willing to answer our questions as well as ask us about our preferences. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for our contracting needs.

Did an okay job of installing the handrails for basement stairs and stairs to second floor. But the vertical grab bar in the shower is less than one inch from the shower door handle, so that swapped the hazard of slipping in the shower and created one of jamming your fingers which my wife and I have already done in the short time the installation was completed. That the installer, the expert we relied upon for our safety, didn’t see this is a shock and disappointment.

Hire a Handyman
I s/w Frank 2x. On Monday, the 1x we spoke; was very honest about the $ in comparison to the work & said he could have 2 workers available for me Friday. I needed to t/w my husband about the job. I reached back out to Frank, on Wednesday, to let him know we would like to have the work done - in addition to 2 other small items that came up (one of which I remedied myself) he said he could have the workers take a look at them. Frank said he wasnt in a place to take down my address, so hed call me later, its Saturday and I havent heard from Frank.

Several years ago I contacted Slip-Proof Safety, Inc to come do a remodel of my upstairs bathroom and install stainless steel behind my stove. They did such a wonderful job, at a great price, that I've hired this company over and over again for projects around my home. Since our first encounter in 2012 I have hired them to totally remodel my downstairs bathroom, install a new hot water heater and build me a deck. Just recently as last month they were hired to build me a gate for my yard, and remodel my downstairs with installation of flooring, new doors, base boards, window framing and paint my entire downstairs. Every job Slip-Proof Safety, Inc. has ever done for me was done with total professionalism. They also completed every job in a very timely manner. One of the main things I love about hiring Slip-Proof Safety is the honesty of the owner Frank Mannella. He is so helpful in offering the best advice for the task, which ultimately saved us a lot of money on every project. I've come to love Frank Mannella so much that I call him Uncle Frank. I highly recommend Slip-Proof Safety, Inc!
