My daughter did a boot camp with The Education Hotel and they were splendid. Each of their classes were delivered very professionally and my child greatly benefited from them. I have found the education hotel FB group very helpful and encouraging.

Jemma runs this group which immensely benefitted me. She posts resources, links and solutions to different problems. The group also creates a network of parents embarking on 11+ journey and everyone tries to help others by information, support and solutions to different questions asked.

Rebecca has been a great help to our son and we couldn’t recommend her more highly. She has a very patient manner and spent time to engage with our son in an unhurried friendly way to build his understanding and confidence in handling problems. This was all managed online and worked very well. Rebecca gave excellent feedback on progress and was always interested to hear how he benefited from her classes in his school work and topics on which he needed more help. We are delighted with the results both in terms of competence and appreciation for the subject.

Very bad experience and poor customer service on top of that. Management needs improvement. Tutors has less control as they all are bound under management.

I opted for a specific area 'Creative writing' and Emily did a sterling job in developing his confidence and I have most definitely seen a vast improvement in his confidence and writing. Our daughter needed some help with her speech for her drama GCSE as well as to prepare for a work experience place at a theatre. The Education Hotel very quickly matched us with Emily and Amy had 3 lessons over Zoom while she was home schooling. We used The Education Hotel for our eldest daughter who was struggling with a topic in her A level Maths. From the initial email to setting up the tutor we found the company incredibly responsive to our queries and the emphasis on finding the right tutor from a holistic perspective was impressive. Given the excellent service and skills of our tutor our daughter only needed two sessions but we were always aware that both the Education Hotel and the tutor were available if needed. Having a service provided as and when needed is very much appreciated and shows to me that the aim of the company is to have students confident and capable of independent work and not dependent on tutoring. I would without hesitation recommend The Education Hotel.
