Ripples did a great job - one bathroom, one ensuite and one WC. The team arrived - did their job and gone. Yes there will be some disturbance but the lads keep this to a minimum. The best part of the 'Ripples Total Package' is that they have all the trades - plumbers, tiler's, electricians, plasters and general operatives: they are the Total Package! Ripples then back up their installations with sorting out any snag's and will only accept final payment once you are happy: - can't get any fairer than that!! I recently had my bathroom completely gutted, doors and walls moved and refurbished by Ripples, and the results are absolutely stunning. They went above and beyond to deliver the bathroom of my dreams. Every workman involved in the project was professional, courteous and meticulous in their work. The entire process was seamless and the attention to detail was exceptional. I couldn't be happier with the transformation of my bathroom and I would highly recommend Ripples to anyone looking for exceptional service and high quality craftsmanship.

Excellent service from start to finish. Every member of staff was so pleasant to deal with, and very efficient. All tradesmen turned up exactly when they said they would, with Excellent communication. Have already recommended Ripples to a friend!

I am writing to share my experience with the bathroom renovation services provided by Ripples in February 2023, and unfortunately, it has been far from satisfactory. In May 2023, I encountered multiple issues with the newly renovated bathroom, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, the resolution was not prompt. It wasn't until I expressed my intention to file an official complaint with the CCPC that someone finally came in November to attempt to address some of the issues. The issues I faced were significant. Firstly, the toilet was poorly connected, initially linked to the main water supply serving the shower and sink. This resulted in the inconvenience of being unable to use the shower and toilet simultaneously. Although the issue was eventually fixed, the delay was frustrating. Additionally, the tiles were unevenly installed, some were already damaged, and there were areas where silicone or grout was missing. Notably, the gap between the frame door and tiles is conspicuously large. One of the notable challenges was the apparent prioritization of speed over quality in completing the job. It seemed that Ripples was more focused on finishing projects quickly than ensuring meticulous attention to detail. The subcontractors hired for tiling did not adhere to proper installation practices, as some damaged tiles were merely covered with grout instead of being replaced. Furthermore, I must admit to a significant oversight on my part in not cross-checking the quantities of materials delivered against the quantities specified in the quote. For instance, the quote indicated the need for 6 boxes for a false wall, but only 3 were brought and used. This raises concerns about the accuracy and transparency of the invoicing and materials provided. Despite understanding that issues may arise during renovations, the lack of prompt and effective resolution has left me thoroughly disappointed with the overall experience. I sincerely hope that by sharing my feedback, Ripples can address these concerns and take steps to improve the quality of service for future customers. PS: There are still unresolved issues with the tiles that require attention. Update: unfortunately , not all the issues were resolved, but I chose to let it go because I gad a baby and just needed this bathroom completed. That said, in my opinion the team installing the tiles seemed to have lack experience, particularly with decorative tiles. I also found it surprising that removing everything from old bathroom took 2 days , while installing the new tiles was completed in just one day.

Recently had ripples in to renovate two bathrooms in our house and have to say Wayne and his team done a fantastic job from designing our bathroom to installation and after care Ripples can’t be faulted. We did have other companies quote at the start and although cheaper we were not given any other options other than rip out and replace what was already there, ripples on the other hand completely redesigned our two bathrooms and gave us options we didn’t even think possible. We now have two bathrooms we thought were completely out of our reach, brilliant again lads. Cheers

We recently got our bathroom completed by Ripples. The most professional company who have ever worked in our home. The initial visit to design the bathroom was covered by Paul who was just incredible. He is a genius when it comes to bathrooms - he came up with a plan taking all our considerations on board. This plan then turned into the final product which is of the highest quality. Ripples are blessed to have a genius like Paul designing the bathrooms. We then met Emma in the showroom to pick all the equipment for the bathroom -likewise Emma was excellent so knowledgable and nothing was pushed on you. A brilliant young lady with a great customer service approach and a huge addition to Ripples. The 6 days the guys were on site in our home was seamless - the skip arrived when it was supposed to and the lads arrived on the button of 8am every day - they were immaculate and left the house clean every day. Josh was our main guy who is such a gentleman and great at his job. Overall 20/10 - incredible company who appear to have the full circle of getting a new bathroom from the very design stage to completion - outstanding and highly recommend ! Thank You 🙏🏻

Fabulous experience. Gave great advice on design, what would be hard waring, very professional and timely install. Very very nearly all-inclusive a provider, which was very important to me (I only had to order a ceiling light, but they approved for safety and installed it for us). I was very impressed with their organization between us as clients and all the members of the team. Clear communications, accurate timelines. No messing about. Love them. Would get another bathroom from them in the future, no question.

The time has come to enjoy a nice shower in this fantastic bathroom. Candle on, spa music and all the problems are washed away. Ripple Bathroom carried out the renovation amazingly. The difference is remarkable. The details are impressive. Emma’s knowledge and patience was beyond my expectations. Would recommend Ripple Bathroom to anyone who is looking for the perfect Luxury Bathroom.

Beautiful renovation of our ensuite, enlarging the size and changing the layout. Fantastic finish with inset shower and built in mirror cabinet. Great attention to detail.

Ripples were a pleasure to deal with from initial survey to final fit out, they transformed our bathroom , their workmanship was first class, and fitters were very accommodating I would highly recommend them.

A perfect experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this company. They came exactly when they said they would and finished in just 4.5 days. This included removing and totally stripping back the old bathroom, floor, walls, etc., and installing the new one to full functionality. Perfect workmanship and attention to detail. Snags were checked after about a week, but there were none. 5 Stars.

Delighted with Ripples Bathrooms! We first met Ian in the beautiful showroom, he was very helpful and talked us through all of our options. We also dealt with Mandy and Katie when we made adjustments to our quote, again they couldn’t have been more helpful. Barry did all of the work on our bathroom, he is a very skilled craftsman, brilliant timekeeper and left the place spotless! Dean installed the Tallboy and did a great job. Aurimas, another lovely member of the team, called to check everything once the job was completed and up to standard. Finally, the Tilers were here for one day and did a super job. Fantastic to deal with from start to finish. We made a few changes and Emma really helped us through process in selecting best options for our bathroom. The guys onsite (Don and Ahmed ) wee fantastic and incredibly clean/tidy in their way of working. We had previously renovated bathroom independently and wouldn’t dream of doing again after having dealt with Ripples! Done and dusted in 5 days 😊

Very happy with the standard of work carried out for our en-suite renovation- the layout was re-configured to make the maximum use of the space.

We used Ripples 8 years ago and we were delighted with the work they done. They were a small newish company at this time but I knew then they were going to be very successful. Roll on 8 years we bought a new house and needed 5 bathrooms re fitted. Of course and without a second taught I contacted Ripples. They had moved to a new fancy showroom and have grown their business but it was so nice to see some of the faces. Ripples are a lovely, professional and friendly company to deal with. Great advice and great after service. I would without hesitation recommend Ripples. Thanks to Ian, Wayne and the great lads that worked on our bathrooms, they done a great job.

I’d happily recommend Ripples to anyone. They have a great selection in the showroom and once started, the project was completed in just one week, quicker than I expected. The staff was friendly and highly professional. They even covered the floor to minimise the mess and the results are stunning.

I have just a had a full refurbishment of my ensuite bathroom with Ripples, and can highly recommend them - from Katie in Sales (who had endless patience with my many questions, and changing of mind..), to Paul (site survey), to Dean, who did the majority of the refurb - full clean up every day, did fantastic work completed on time, to the excellent tilers, and plumber who made some minor adjustments at the end. Thank you Ripples. I will be a returning customer for my main bathroom very soon..
