Whatever PK teaches is not rocket science. But hey, you don't need to learn rocket science to buy the right property. PK teaches it all that you need to find that right property and when. His course is so well structured, and with the pace he takes you through, week by week, it feels like he's handholding you right from the beginning to the end of the course. Looking for a cherry on cake? The weekly mentoring sessions help you learn a lot and a lot from him. The closed clients group helps to connect with the right people who ask the right questions. So you learn from that too. PK has great knowledge. And the willingness to teach it all, makes him a great mentor. All the resources included with the course are immensely helpful and if you spend even a minimum amount of time learning what he teaches, you can excel in choosing and buying the right property. PK is the best
I am a stock market Investor and use real estate to diversify my portfolio. I have benefitted immensely from PKs courses and a lot of his free videos. Whether the course fees is worth it or not is based on your personal preference and circumstances but I believe we need more people like PK who are a net positive for the society. Whilst I am not very passionate about real estate, I challenge you to find a better course or a better mentor than PK, I doubt you can ever come up with a genuine alternative. What saddens me is the amount of unnecessary negativity around him and his course especially by people who have never done anything meaningful in their life. My suggestion to anyone doubting PK is to simply watch his high quality free videos with an open mind.

As of leaving this review, I just completed settlement on my first IP purchased remotely from overseas! Prior to taking PK's course I had no idea or confidence how to even get started in investing in Australia.
What I like about the course is how it was laid out step by step what you need to do, from creating a plan to finance until picking and buying a property. Time will tell if my IP performs as hoped, but regardless of that I consider PK's course well worth it for newbies to the AU property market just trying to understand how to get started.

I invested $6,200 and, after months of effort, I feel my time and money have been wasted. Here’s what I’ve received:
Outdated Videos: The course material hasn’t been updated (Covid time recordings), despite new, higher-quality content available on PK's YouTube channel. Some tools mentioned are no longer functional or free.
Community Forum: I find PK's free Facebook group to be more beneficial.
Mentoring Emails: These often redirect to the course material, which hasn’t provided the support I anticipated.
This course is heavily reliant on a third party websites and there are hundreds of factors you need to consider and support is basically referring back to the outdated materials.
My expectations were based on course advertisement, which suggested I could identify cash flow-positive, high-growth properties. However, my experience has been quite the opposite. For instance, many of these properties sold recently indicate yields below 5% when accounting for higher council rates and insurance in those areas, along with the risks of flooding and bushfire zones and in between of many public housing.
My primary interest was obtaining a list of top-performing suburbs, as he frequently mentioned in videos that clients have access to top suburbs. While some suburbs were discussed, I believe it has not gone through thorough analysis and it was a basic analysis.
In summary, the product was not what I was expecting at all. I was expecting to buy a property shortly with a minimum effort and maximum support from him and eliminating the need for a buyers agent which did not happen.
While I acknowledge that the course may be useful for others, it hasn’t met my needs.

I've been interested in Australian property investing for a very very long time. I've found countless "gurus" and accumulated so much information from researching since I was a teenager. Nothing comes close to this course. For context, there is nothing special about me. I'm 28 and my income is less than average.
In hindsight, this course is what I've actually been looking for this whole time. An objective, step-by-step data driven approach in locating high performing locations and properties. It gives you all the tools and contacts necessary to CONFIDENTLY purchase an investment property anywhere in the country. You will learn how the interpret data and how to use data in this course. I was fearful before starting the course, now I feel confident to apply these tools again and again. And I have the results to back up my confidence.
I purchased an investment property in a location I verified through data myself. In less than 12 months I have seen substantial capital growth (from $430k purchase price to $600k current valuation using the equity in my first house... No cash deposit) and rental yield on day 1 at 6.7% to 8.64% in less than 12 months.
Thank you PK for providing this course. It is truly a vehicle of wealth creation for the working class and those who want to achieve passive income through property. It has already paid for itself (multiple fold and will continue to do so overtime).
In an age of hundreds of scams and get rich online courses, PK's course is the real deal. In reality and in terms of the value it creates, this course is actually worth tens of thousands of dollars to those who take advantage of it.

The time and effort PK and his team have put into this course is evident. I’m about to close on my first property, and while it’s been a slow start on my part, the support and knowledge provided have been invaluable.
Before the course, I had equity in my PPOR but no clear plan on how to use it. I was afraid of making a mistake that could jeopardize my financial position, but at the end of the day, you’re the one responsible for your financial future.
